Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Deposits

All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or by phone. Service times are estimates and may vary based on the vehicle's condition. Please ensure accurate contact information is provided at the time of booking.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment to retain the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in cancellation fee of half the service cost. In case of inclement weather or emergencies, First In Detail will work with you to reschedule without penalty.

Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

Please remove all trash & personal items from the vehicle before your appointment. First In Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions requiring extra time may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle’s condition poses health or safety risks.

Ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location. Inform us of any known vehicle issues that could affect detailing (e.g., leaks, fragile trims). Confirm that the detailing location has sufficient space and a safe working environment.

Payment

Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods: Cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify us before we leave the job site. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues within the scope of the agreed service.

Liability & Service Limitations

While we take utmost care during every detail, First In Detail is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damages caused by faulty vehicle components, or damages resulting from detailing processes when proper disclosure was not provided by the customer.

We do not offer biohazard removal or bodywork repairs. Paint polishing and ceramic coating results may vary based on existing paint conditions.
